I give this dump no stars, the only reason it says one is because I had to rate atleast one before posting my review Where do I even start? . My bf and I were to stay for a monthly rental, in which we never got, after staying for a week and being charged at top rate, the “manager” than informed us he could do a 50 dollars a day charge, with a minimum of 30 day stay. After asking if he could still do it he said he couldn’t back track and wasn’t very professional at all. Through out our entire stay we were harassed by not only the drunks at the front door and in the lobby but the 10 different front desk clerks as well. Every worker had no recollection of our length of stay, therefore they kept cancelling our room keys and we would have to return to the desk everyday. Also some of the front desk clerks were extremely rude and had no people skills whatsoever. I even came downstairs to the desk to see the clerk conversing and laughing with a very intoxicated individual like it was a normal thing. I was absolutely terrified to walk to my vehicle and past 20 drunk ppl begging for money and smokes everyday. As for the cleaning staff, a couple of them were super friendly and the rest were completely lazy. I had no clean towels and would have to take out my own garbage during my duration of stay, they hadn’t changed the sheets once so I asked them too. We ran out of toilet paper and called for some but no one showed up. Barely any channels on the tv work and the wifi was down the entire time. Not to mention our lastnight there, they had given our room away and a random stranger walked into our room at 11 o clock at night with his suitcase. He was as shocked and frightened as we were. The swimming pool looked horrible and you couldn’t pay me to step foot in there. The only good thing about the place was the extremely friendly and professional staff in the Grapes Restaurant. We checked out and were extremely happy to be returning to the Quality Inn. I’m surprised this place is not condemned yet.

Me and my girl friend stayed with our children in room 114, the hot water was luke at best so they changed our room to 131. The next morning we got up with bites. I further inspected the bedding and to my disgust I found a bedbug. Good thing it was our checkout date. This place needs to be fumigated and properly cleaned. How can this be allowed, I have even seen other reviews like this. Nothing being done.
